Welcome to Beaver Bend

This is a small campground and farm property on 30 acres of undeveloped land consisting of seasonal creeks, a small beaver pond, two pastures, and woodlands along state route 414 in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

The terrain is varied with a variety of level campsites available, both shaded and meadowed. There are developed campsites as well as the opportunity to build your own site wherever you would like on the property.

The developed sites are closer to the road - and as such you will hear cars pass - but for the more adventurous, at the higher altitude, a path or two upstream, your silent oasis awaits.

This is a pack-in-and-pack-out campground. The hike into your campsite from the parking area will be anywhere from 100 yds to 500 yds depending on the area you choose to set up Camp. Come on out and practice your social distancing by Camping in the Heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes, with convenient access to Watkins Glen (10 mins), Corning (15 mins), and Ithaca (35 mins) as well as numerous wineries, breweries, parks, lakes, streams, restaurants, shops, and much more.

This is the "Upper Pasture." Set well back from the road and surrounded by trees, it is an ideal place to set up a tent sight. Quiet, Private, Secluded and the Stars abound at night time!

There are two open clearings on the property. This one is the "Lower Pasture" overlooking the creek and Beaver Dam, with Route 414 in the background.
